The Boston Business Journal this week announced it has named Sean Quinn, Cimpress’ Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President to its annual ‘40 Under 40’ list. Sean was selected for being one of Boston’s best and brightest young professionals.

Sean is a role model for those that want to be on the fast-track to leadership roles in their business. His numerous accomplishments are proof that top roles in business can be unlocked through talent, hard work and ingenuity — not just age or number of years in business.

Sean started out at Vistaprint in 2009 as Senior Manager, External Reporting & Accounting and rapidly earned positions of increasing responsibility, rising to Senior Vice President and CFO of Cimpress in 2015. Soon after he was appointed Executive Vice President.

Under Sean’s leadership, Cimpress has instituted a world-class corporate finance organization. He has also been instrumental in the company’s investment decisions and acquisition activity.

“I’ve always had a desire to learn and grow and set new, more difficult goals for myself,” said Quinn. “I am incredibly fortunate to be part of a market leader at Cimpress that also continually pushes itself to evolve and grow. In my nearly nine years here our annual revenues have grown from just over $500 million to nearly $2.6 billion. This, combined with valued mentors and influencers throughout my career and being surrounded by an extremely talented team, are the primary reasons for my rapid ascension. I’m proud to be part of such a unique company and team. I look forward to the tremendous opportunities for continued growth I see for myself and my colleagues at Cimpress.”

Outside Cimpress, Sean stays very busy with his wife and three children including coaching several of their sports teams. He has also found time to contribute to his community through his town government and university alumni board.

Congrats to Sean for this well-earned recognition!
