Cimpress has a two-tier board structure: our supervisory board and our management board. Members of both boards are expected to act properly in the interest of the company, its businesses and all of its stakeholders. In doing so, each board should act in accordance with the requirements of reasonableness and fairness (redelijkheid en billijkheid) towards all involved in the company.
The principal responsibility of the Management Board is to manage Cimpress, which means, among other things, that it is responsible for implementing the company's aims and strategy, managing the associated risk profile, operating the business on a day-to-day basis and addressing corporate social responsibility issues.
The Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees of the Supervisory Board are also included in our governance system. Learn more about our Committee membership and structure.
