OUR BOARD
The Board of Directors’ principal responsibility is to oversee the management of the company and its subsidiaries and, in so doing, serve the best interests of the Company and its business.
Members of our board are expected to act properly in the interest of the company and its stakeholders: customers, team members, long-term investors and society. In doing so, the board should act in accordance with the requirements of reasonableness and fairness towards all involved in the company.
